1983 Company founded by Alan Chou.1986 Moved to Chang Hua Fu-Shin Industrial Park for business expansion.1988 Purchased land in current factory for long term development.2008 Invited consultant to establish the Toyota Production System (TPS)2009 Start using New Painting equipment in order to improve painting technology and stabilize product quality.

2011 Introduced Oracle J.D. Edwards ERP system, to allow for smarter production of smaller customized orders.

2011 Contract with KPMG consultant company to improve management efficiency and personnel training.

2014
Established Rex Sports Group assembly plant in Tianjin, China.
2017
New bicycle production facility in Portugal
